Week 3 in March for Robyn’s One Four Challenge, I have been promising to to something a bit lighter and brighter; here it is. I would love to tell you exactly HOW I got here, but I do not think I could replicate it………..shame really. I did replace the sky with something brighter and summer fluffy clouds. I also lightened up the exposure and adjusted the whites and blacks, I dropped the clarity right down and brought up the luminosity right up(all in Lightroom), then I added some filters, made a few more adjustments and voila summer lighthouse. A Big change from last two weeks………….I will have to come up with something special for next week!
One Four Challenge- Week 3 (#2)
To be perfectly honest I don’t even know what to make of this week’s Dantés Inferno??
there is something slightly creepy and weird and a little cartoony about it, but I thought I’d go with it. I’d give you the process, but really all I did was keep using filters in Photoshop until I got what I thought sort of worked? Interesting but I doubt I’d hang it on my wall. I guess this challenge is really exploring post processing, so this week I am going for it!! 🙂
December Week 3
OK so we went dark and gloomy, light and summery, now just plain strange! Last month I took part in the One Four Challenge hosted by Robyn at Captivate Me. I had so much fun, I just had to do it again this month.Still using the image I have of an old building in Canberra, Have always really liked this shot, so I thought I would play with it a bit and see where it takes me this month.
Pic Info: Olympus Digital Camera, Shutter Speed 1/160 Sec, Aperture F5.6, ISO 64.
Treatment: Using Photoshop I created an used an embossing filter, and then glowing edges filter, then back in Lightroom, I then used a Blue filter Still saving the original to the end!!
